ZUMBA combines hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms & resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body and burn fat .                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

ZUMBA GOLD is a lower impact and a lower intensity workout than regular Zumba routines. Transitions and movements are slower. This class is suited for beginners who want to learn basic Zumba moves and/or improve their fitness at a slower pace.

ZUMBA TONING - Build upper body muscle endurance and definition during your Zumba Dance Fitness routines. Use   handheld Zumba toning sticks/shakers 1lbs or 2 1/2lbs for an intensive Zumba & Upper body workout. 

NEW! PUMP&STRETCH (W/WEIGHTS) - suitable for all ages. Inspirational. Intensity is determined by the heaviness of your weights. You can build up muscle strength gradually.  Make your workout more challenging on your own time.  The exercises are slow and controlled to ensure safety and results!

A balance of stretching and strengthening is essential for injury prevention. Stretching exercises interchanged with strengthening exercises avoids muscle fatigue and muscle shortening. Reach your fitness potential sooner, avoiding interruptions from injuries.
