WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING ZUMBA STYLE?
Personal Training is based on a personal exercise prescription and nutrition plan suited for your specified goals. The program is designed to bring you to a new level of physical condition through resistance training. Your Trainer will advise, inspire and support you on how to make the most of your workouts. Sessions are conducted using a variety of equipment including, weights, balls, bands etc. Exercises are preformed in time to popular zumba music for motivation. The training is often done in a small group setting of 5 people yet each person is working on their individualized program. One-on-One training is also available in the second and third phase of training.
WE MAKE IT CONVENIENT FOR YOU TO SUCCEED
We provide continuous modification of your training program to progress you through 3 distinct phases that motivate and stimulate your body - avoiding plateaus and maximize results. We are dedicated in working out a program that suits your budget. You can choose to work with a trainer as often as you like or you can work out a program at home, or plan for a combination of both.
PERSONAL TRAINING INTRO -PHASE ONE small group introductory training,
- Provides individual exercise prescription and meal plan
- Designed to set clear and achievable goals and track measurable results.
- Strengthen and teach the body to perform fundamental exercises with proper form.
- Establish mind/ body connections to improve coordination.
- Designed from a physiotherapy perspective for safe exercise prescription to suit your individual needs.
- Increases range of motion of joints and muscles, incorporates flexiblity exercises to suit individual needs.
After your introductory 12 small group sessions you may choose to continue on your own or keep up the momentum using a trainer.
PERSONAL TRAINING- MUSCLE CONDITIONING- PHASE TWO
Choice : One-on-One or Group Training, 1-3x per week
- Designed to increase your lean body mass
- Intended to challenge you with more advanced exercises for both upper and lower body
- Make you aware of protein needs to develop and maintain muscle definition and strength
- Your day-day energy will noticeably improve
- Clothes will become looser even without weight loss
PERSONAL TRAINING - MAXIMUM FAT BURNING-PHASE THREE
Choice: One-on-One or Group Training, 1-3x per week
- Will take your fitness to the next level
- You will experience more stamina because your heart and lung capacity will be significantly improved
- Body Fat Ratio/Composition is notably improved
- Your body will be transformed
